In this intervention we dealt with the renovation and rehabilitation of a private residence on the second floor of Palazzo Molin del Cuoridoro, a few steps from the Teatro La Fenice and Piazza San Marco.
Palazzo Molin del Cuoridoro is a Venetian palace located in the San Marco district, a remarkable example of Gothic architecture dating back to the 15th century.
It was built at the cross between the Rio dei Barcaroli and the Rio dei Fuseri, between Piazza San Marco and the Teatro La Fenice.
The palace was founded in 1468 by Marco and Girolamo Molin.
The noble Molin family gave a doge to the Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia, Francesco Molin (1646-1655).
The house overlooks its windows, of great historical and artistic value, on the Rio dei Barcaroli.
The apartment, equipped with a lift, has been completely renovated.
The furnishings, with attention to the smallest detail, make the interior spacious and enhance its constructive simplicity.
