Alfier is constantly looking for highly qualified personnel in the restoration and conservation field. Previous experience in Venice is preferred. Here below the vacant positions:

CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN
– Order management under technical, economic, and contractual perspectives
– Ability to read designs and blueprints
– Ability to coordinate with others
– Ability to face unforeseen circumstances
– Knowledge of how to use a computer, in particular, the programs Excel and Autocad

PLASTERER/PAINTER
– Dry-wall constructions (walls, ceilings, counter walls …)
– Skim coating and painting of walls and ceilings
– Marmorino, polished stucco, spatula stucco and lime shaved
– Ability to work in team and independent

CONSTRUCTION WORKER
– Previous extensive experience and knowledge of restoration techniques of buildings
– Knowledge of the restoration principles, ability to perform independently masonry and carpentry works following the given directions, ability to understand the blueprint and optimize the processing steps
– Aptitude for teamwork

JOURNEYMAN – SKILLED WORKER
– Previous extensive experience and knowledge of the restoration techniques of buildings
– Ability to perform works that require special acquired skills, as well as masonry and carpentry works
– Aptitude for teamwork
